The Winchester Sound

The Winchester Sound is a 5 piece jazzy r&b group from Chicago.

We love music of all shapes and colors! We blend our love for jazz, blues, R&B, rock and hip hop into an exciting  and unique amalgam of styles and songs, including our own original material. The group was established 
by Sean and Mel Hill (husband and wife) in 2011 after moving to Chicago. Joining them are Zach Biggus on guitar, Lynee Urban on bass and Chris Urban on drums.  We hope to see you at a gig!

Even The Dawson staff couldn’t resist The Winchester Sound’s melodic pull, as a member of the kitchen staff appeared early in the evening to have a dance with one of the waitresses."
